Sorella Spices Bolognese recipe, using Italian Blend Spice


  • 1 Jar preferred marinara sauce
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb Preferred Pasta
  • 2-3 T. Marscarpone Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Sorella Spices Italian Blend


  1. Remove sweet Italian sausage from casings and cook with ground turkey, breaking it up into small pieces while it cooks.

  2. Add about 2 T. of Italian Blend.

  3. Once cooked, drain fat.

  4. Add marinara sauce - taste and season with Italian Blend, kosher salt and ground pepper as needed

  5. Add Marscarpone and heavy cream. Let simmer on low.

  6. Build your bowl - I like to add pasta, then spinach and top with sauce and parmesan.
