Season chicken breast generously with seasoning and olive oil on both sides.
Heat skillet to medium/high heat, I like to use a cast iron skillet
Add chicken breasts and cook for about 4 - 6 minutes on each side depending on your chicken thickness
You can use a thermometer to make sure chicken is cooked. It should be around 175°
Remove the chicken and deglaze the pan to make a little sauce.
