Airfryer Zucchini Polpette

Airfryer Zucchini Polpette using Sorella Spices Italian Blend spice


  • 2 - 3 medium Zucchini
  • 2 T Ricotta Cheese

  • 2 T Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 C Breadcrumbs (I used panko in this)
  • 1 T Sorella Spices Italian Blend
  • Kosher Salt


  1. Grate zucchini and strain all water out using a cheese cloth.

  2. Add to mixing bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Roll into tablespoon size balls and place in airfyer.
  4. Cook for approximately 12 mins. They should firm up and get brown and crispy.

Serve with a side of marinara for dipping or place in baking dish, top with sauce and mozzarella cheese for a heartier dish.
