Easy Air Fryer Tacos

We all know that air fryers are a great route to easy home cooked meals. But why stick to the basics? If you're in the mood for Mexican but not for the hassle, Sorella Spices has you covered with this easy air fryer taco recipe!
Ingredients

1 lb. Meat of your choice, I used cubed boneless/skinless chicken breast

1 can Refried Beans of your choice

1 Cup Grated Mexican Cheese
-
Salsa for Dipping

12 Corn Tortillas

Sorella Spices Fiesta Blend
Directions
If using chicken breast or steak, cube meat and marinate with 2-3 T of Fiesta Blend, kosher salt and olive oil for about 30 mins. Then cook in saute pan until cooked through for chicken or desired temperature for meat.
If using ground turkey or meat, simply start browning in saute pan and add olive oil, 2-3T Fiesta Blend and kosher salt until cooked.
Warm tortillas in damp paper towels in a microwave.Spread each tortilla with beans, meat and cheese.Fold and seal with a toothpick, very lightly spray with olive oil.
Cook in air fryer for approximately 10 mins.
