Egg White Veggie Bites

If you want to enjoy healthy, home made all day, this egg white veggie snack is the ticket to better eating and better taste. Follow this easy recipe to make quick work of eating well.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Egg Whites
- 4 pcs cooked Turkey Bacon - chopped
- 12-16 Cherry Tomatoes - halved
- 1 Cup Spinach - chopped
- 1/4 Cup Yellow pepper - diced
- 1/4 Cup Orange Pepper - diced
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese of choice
- Sorella Spices Veggie Blend
You can use whatever veggies you have on hand.
Freeze these and keep on hand for a quick, healthy breakfast.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Prepare a muffin pan, grease well
- Mix 1-2 T. Veggie Blend, 1/4Â cup cheese into egg whites. I like to put into a large measuring cup so I can easily pour into pan.
- Add veggies and turkey bacon evenly to bottom of each cup of pan.
- Pour egg white mixture evenly into each cup of pan.
- Top with the rest of cheese
- Bake for about 15-20 mins or until desired doneness.
