Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix meat with Sorella Spices Butcher's Blend and Salt and Pepper if desired
  2. Form meat into a kebab shape over skewers. Tip - keep the meat in refrigerator until ready to form.
  3. Spray skewers with olive or avocado oil
  4. Heat grill, skillet or over to cook skewers to desired doneness.
