Whole Roasted Chicken

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • Olive Oil 
  • 3 T Butter
  • 2 T Sorella Spices Everyday Blend
  • 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • Fresh herbs, onion and lemon to stuff cavity of chicken and place on top if desired.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Season chicken with Everyday Blend and salt. (I like to get under the skin as well and rub olive oil, seasonings and butter.
  3. Add extra butter tabs around chicken
  4. Add herbs, lemon and onion into cavity (if desired)

Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your bird, but for reference, a 3 pound whole chicken should take approximately 70-80 mins in an oven preheated to 350°F. You will know it's done when thermometer reads 165°F at the thickest part of the thigh.
